Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
ShowUp is made by Emmanuel Farias, an individual based in the United Kingdom. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The rules below add to the EULA; they don't replace it.
Subscriptions
ShowUp Pro is sold through the App Store and covered by the Standard EULA and Apple's terms. Apple handles payment, renewals and refunds. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting your ShowUp account doesn't cancel a subscription.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use ShowUp.
- One person, one account. Keep access to your Apple Account safe; you're responsible for what happens in your ShowUp account.
- Your check-ins must be real: you, at your training place, at that time. Faking a location, a check-in or a camera check, or using tools to get around the app's checks, isn't allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
Ending your use
You can stop using ShowUp and delete your account at any time. If you break these rules, we may remove content, keep your account out of the rankings and challenges, or suspend or close your account. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why. Closing an account for breaking these rules doesn't change your subscription, which stays between you and Apple.
We may change these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and give notice before important changes take effect.
